Nautilus, the Titan of the Depths


Nautilus is a tank with great initiation and scales with ability power. He is primarily a jungler or sometimes used in the top lane. He is a crowd control machine, making him very disruptive. 

Counter jungling cripples Nautilus as he is very slow 1-3. He also gets low health, so invading him really sets him back and he is bad dueling, so he will lose fights against a melee jungler like Lee Sin or Xin. Cleanse or Banshee Veil is nice to have as a carry who gets focused fast. Always kill him last in team fights if possible, but it is OK to focus him when his shield is up, because it does a surprising amount of area of effect damage until it is broken. 

- He has 4 types of crowd control


- Very strong ganks/engage/peel


- SpiderNaut! This is when he acts like spiderman and uses DredgeLine to escape or chase people down by hooking onto terrain. 

- cannot duel 1v1 easily


- Once his sheild is broken, he does minimal damage


- He is very slow


- Very slow jungling in the early levels

Staggering Blow


Nautilus' basic attacks deal bonus physical damage and immoblize his targets. This effect cannot happen more than once every few seconds on the same target.

Dredge Line 


Nautilus hurls his anchor forward. If it hits an enemy unit, Nautilus drags himself and the target together dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+0.75) magic damage and stunning them briefly. If the anchor hits terrain, Nautilus will drag himself forward and the cooldown is reduced by 50% (0.5).

Nautilus surrounds himself with dark energies, shielding him from the next 100/150/200/250/300 plus 10% of his bonus health (+0.1) damage for up to 10 seconds. While the shield persists, Nautilus' basic attacks apply a damage over time effect to all units around his target. The effect deals 30/55/80/105/130 (+0.4) magic damage over 2 seconds.

Riptide 


Nautilus slams the ground, causing the earth to explode around him. Each explosion deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.5) magic damage to units in the area and slows them by 30/35/40/45/50% for 2 seconds. This slow diminishes over time.


A unit can be hit by more than one explosion, but they take 50% less damage from additional explosions.

Nautilusgrandline

Depth Charge 


Nautilus fires a shockwave that chases an enemy champion. This deals 125/175/225 (+0.4) magic damage to enemies it passes through and knocks them into the air. The shockwave explodes upon hitting its target dealing 200/325/450 (+0.8) magic damage, launching them into the air and stunning them for 1/1.5/2 seconds.
