Rumble, the Mechanized Menace


Rumble is an ability power champion who is almost always played top lane, but can be seen in mid lane as well.  He is hard to beat in lane, and has a strong team fight thanks to his ultimate, The Equalizer, which can divide teams, or just slow and destroy them.  

Pay attention to his heat meter.  If he is close to overheating, engage him and he will silence himself, but make sure it isnt enough to kill you with his bonus effects from his danger-zone bonus.  Champions who are quick can dodge his abilities and avoid his harass. Rumble is very vulnerable to ganks especially if the lane or junger has a hard crowd control, as he does not have any escape other than a small speed boost.  

- Rumble uses heat and not mana, which allows him to harass well in lane or farm if defensive


- His ultimate can divide teams or destroy with with its area of effect slow and damage.  The range on this is also insane.  


- He is such a lane bully and is hard to counter, but counters many other champions

- His auto attacks are melee


- He doesnt have any hard crowd control effects


- You must manage his heating or else you could overheat at the wrong time and be unable to secure kills or survive a fight or gank

Every spell Rumble casts gives him Heat. When he reaches 50% Heat he reaches Danger Zone, granting all his basic abilities bonus effects. When he reaches 100% heat, he starts Overheating, granting his basic attacks bonus damage, but making him unable to cast spells for a few seconds.

Rumble torches his opponents, dealing 90/160/230/300/370 (+1.35) magic damage in a cone over 3 seconds. This spell deals half damage to minions.


Danger Zone Bonus: Deals 25% bonus damage.

Scrap Shield


Rumble tosses up a shield for 2 seconds that absorbs 50/80/110/140/170 (+0.4) damage. Rumble also gains an additional 10/15/20/25/30% Movement Speed for 1 second. 

Danger Zone Bonus: 25% increase in shield health and Movement Speed.

Electro Harpoon 


Rumble shoots his opponent with up to 2 tasers, dealing 55/85/115/145/175 (+0.5) magic damage and applying a stacking slow of 15/20/25/30/35% for 3 seconds.


Danger Zone Bonus: Damage and slow percentage increased by 25%.

After using this ability you may cast it a second time at no cost within 3 seconds.

Rumblecarpetbomb

The Equalizer 


Rumble launches a line of rockets at the targeted area dealing 150/225/300 (+0.5) magic damage and leaving a burning trail for 5 seconds dealing 100/140/180 (+0.2) magic damage per second and slowing opponents by 35% while inside the area of effect.  You can control the placement of this attack by clicking and dragging your mouse in a line.
